6 Prehistoric Facts That Led To skin Care Glow - EASY home remedies - This Diwali
CLEANSE
Make sure you cleanse the face right before going to bed. You can also use a few drops of coconut oil to get rid of that stubborn eyeliner and mascara so that your skin does not get clogged.
Allow your skin to breathe at least a week before Diwali and use as little makeup as possible.
MAKE ROSE WATER YOUR BEST FRIEND
You can spritz your face with the water all day to keep it hydrated and nourished. It refreshed the skin and lets your natural glow peek through.
You can also add it in your favourite face masks for a rejuvenated and refreshed skin
MOISTURISE
Moisturising well is important and there’s no denying that! If you tend to forget doing so, follow a moisturising ritual at least one week before Diwali.
This will ensure proper nourishment of the skin while also making it soft and supple.
WATER
Drink loads of water as it gets rid of all the toxins in the body leaving your skin clear and glowing.
Drink enough water and keep yourself hydrated most of the day. Just don’t forget to carry a bottle of water wherever you go.
FACE MASK
UBTAN
Ubtan is a mixture of a few ingredients you can easily find in your kitchen. It is essentially used as a home remedy for brides to get glowing skin on their big day.
All you need is 1 cup of split red beans aka masoor dal. If you cannot find it, 1 cup of chickpea flour aka besan also works.
Now take the flour in a big bowl and add 1/4th cup of raw rice and 8-9 powdered almonds to the mixture. You can also grind it all together.
Now, to this mixture add ½ cup of oatmeal and a pinch of turmeric powder. Mix it thoroughly and slowly add rose water to the mixture to make a smooth paste.
Apply this mixture to your face and neck. If you have enough mixture made, you can also apply it to your body. Once the pack dries, you can rinse it all off with water to reveal fresh and glowing skin underneath it.
This is a home remedy for glowing skin that has been passed down from generations together. The lentils and turmeric act as a natural exfoliant to remove dirt from the skin. Turmeric, on the other hand, reduces blemishes to give the skin its natural glow.
